Life is about strategy it could be a game of chess, learning a new skill or it could be corporate business strategy and learning to run your business, there is a lot involved in strategy. Strategy is not defined as a science or just an art, it is a combination of actions and factors, but it is very different for every business and every individual. Strategy means something different to everyone, for example a strategy for an opera singer who is trying to perform and get to their highest notes will have a different strategy to a chess player who wants to win or is in checkmate. The goal in both cases, however, is to succeed but the strategies will always be different.
Organisation could be anything from organisation development, which is important to ensure effective growth and longevity, an essentially process used to improve the overall effectiveness of an organisation through managing the behaviours of people within that organisation or the organisation of systems in place to allow change to be implemented and planned effectively and that analyse real data, which can then be used to implement further change. There is a good chance you are already doing some of this without even realising it by creating great teams and giving them the conditions in which to thrive and tweaking your systems to improve their effectiveness or resolve problems you have come across. But it is equally important that all staff are aware of organisational development and of the systems in place. Getting everyone on board with organisational structure, systems and processes allows for sustainable growth, change and cultural value and vision.
